Frequently asked questions

No. You can order as a guest; all you need is an email address and a delivery address. With an account, your addresses are saved, you can look back at your orders and invoices, and you check out faster next time.

Orders are processed automatically and placed with our suppliers straight away. This means we cannot always stop a parcel, and extra return costs may apply. Did you choose bank transfer in advance and haven't paid yet? Then you can cancel the order yourself in My account › Orders. If your order has already been paid, call us as soon as possible and mention your order number; together we'll see what can still be done.

Our range is bigger than what you see online. Send us the item number, the brand or a description via the contact form, and we'll look into it for you and send you a price and delivery time.

You pay securely with iDEAL, credit card or one of the other payment methods shown at checkout. Business customers with an approved account can also order on account.

Private customers see prices including VAT. If you log in with a business account, we show the net price excluding VAT. At checkout you always see the total amount including VAT.

Yes. After every order you automatically receive an invoice by email. With an account you can also find all your invoices under My account › Orders.

The shipping costs depend on the size of your order and are shown at checkout, before you pay. Above a certain order amount, shipping within the Netherlands is free.

Items that are in stock and ordered on a working day before 2 pm are shipped the same day and usually delivered the next working day. For items we order specially for you, the expected delivery time is shown on the product page.

As soon as your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking code.

We deliver in the Netherlands and Belgium. For other countries, please contact us about the options and costs.

As a private customer you have a 14-day cooling-off period after receipt. Let us know about your return via the contact form or by email and you will receive instructions. The item must be unused, complete and in its original packaging. Items ordered specially for you or made to measure cannot be returned.

Once we have received and checked your return, we will refund the amount within 14 days using the payment method you paid with.

All items are covered by the statutory warranty and, in addition, by the manufacturer's warranty of the brand. Has an item arrived faulty or damaged? Please contact us with your order number and, if possible, a photo. We'll sort it out for you.

Yes. Create an account with your company details and Chamber of Commerce number. Once approved, we switch your account to a business account, with a credit limit and payment terms. You can then choose to pay on account at checkout. Read more on Business orders.

Business customers get a fixed discount on the recommended retail price. You see this discount straight away in the webshop once you are logged in.

On the login page, click Forgot password. You will then receive an email with a link to choose a new password.

Under My account you can change your details, your addresses and your password.
